FAMAT s&#8217;attache \u00e0 fournir des solutions qui sont non seulement fiables et robustes, mais aussi de plus en plus efficaces en termes de poids et respectueuses de l&#8217;environnement.<\/p>\n<p>Les conditions d&#8217;exploitation exigeantes de l&#8217;a\u00e9rospatiale posent des d\u00e9fis constants aux fabricants en mati\u00e8re de finition de surface. Les composants doivent \u00eatre capables de r\u00e9sister aux frottements, aux temp\u00e9ratures extr\u00eames et aux environnements corrosifs tout en continuant \u00e0 fonctionner de mani\u00e8re optimale. Pour le FAMAT, un d\u00e9fi particulier s&#8217;est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 sous la forme des rainures du bo\u00eetier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LE D\u00c9FI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>FAMAT s&#8217;est adress\u00e9 \u00e0 SIFCO ASC pour am\u00e9liorer la duret\u00e9 des rainures de ses boyaux par anodisation s\u00e9lective. Chaque composant a \u00e9t\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9 en aluminium 2219 et assembl\u00e9 dans le moteur GE90. Les rainures de 3 m\u00e8tres de diam\u00e8tre n\u00e9cessitaient 50 \u03bcm d&#8217;anodisation dure de type 3 pour la duret\u00e9 et la protection contre la corrosion, mais FAMAT a autoris\u00e9 une variation de +\/-10\u03bcm par rainure.<\/p>\n<p>Alors que chaque composant pouvait \u00eatre anodis\u00e9 en cuve en utilisant un masquage important, la FAMAT souhaitait r\u00e9duire le temps d&#8217;arr\u00eat li\u00e9 au transport de chaque composant hors du site. De plus, avec la production continue de deux douilles par jour avec deux rainures chacune, FAMAT ne pouvait pas se permettre un temps d&#8217;arr\u00eat de trois \u00e0 quatre semaines par unit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LA SOLUTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SIFCO ASC a \u00e9t\u00e9 en mesure d&#8217;installer avec succ\u00e8s une cellule de placage en flux dans l&#8217;installation de FAMAT. Au cours des cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, FAMAT a anodis\u00e9 deux douilles par jour avec un taux de r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 de plus de 99 %. Le syst\u00e8me a permis \u00e0 FAMAT de prendre en charge l&#8217;ensemble de l&#8217;assemblage du bo\u00eetier, ainsi que de r\u00e9duire les temps d&#8217;arr\u00eat de trois \u00e0 quatre semaines \u00e0 moins de trois heures par composant.
