SIFCO Process® Selective Plating Kits
Whatever industry you are in, long periods of outages caused by repairs are something you want to avoid. That’s where our plating kits can help. They are designed to help you with critical brush plating repairs in the field.
Our world-leading electroplating kits have everything a trained technician needs. Designed for localized areas of metal surfaces for OEM components, it is able to quickly maintain and repair critical parts, so you can get back on track in no time.
Emergency touch-up applications using Cadmium and Zinc-Nickel on aerospace components or Silver Non-Cyanide on power generation parts are now easier.
Cadmium & Zinc-Nickel Touch-Up Kits for Aerospace
The plating kits are ideal for AOG operations where repair times are critical. Both kits contain everything a trained technician needs to quickly make repairs and get the aircraft back into service to minimize impact on your bottom line.
The kits feature the maximum amount of cadmium and zinc-nickel solutions allowed for shipment via commercial and private ground carriers.
We also offer nickel plating as one of the deposits for our standard selective plating.
Silver Plating Kit (Non-Cyanide) for Power Generation
Our silver plating kits provide a superior quality deposit that can be applied in the shop or anywhere in the field for copper bus repairs, without the hazards associated with traditional cyanide silvers.
When an outage occurs, your revenue is at risk. That’s why we have designed this kit for situations where time is of the essence. It contains everything a trained technician needs to quickly make repairs on copper bus connections and get power restored.
Aluminum Add-On Kit For Bus Repairs
This add-on kit was designed to expand the capability of our silver plating kit. When used in conjunction with the Silver Non-Cyanide plating kit it gives the technician the ability to make repairs on aluminum bus connections.
