SIFCO Process® Selective Plating Kits
The SIFCO Process® plating kit is designed for critical brush plating repairs in the field.
The SIFCO Process® plating kit is the world’s leading portable electroplating kit that has everything a trained technician needs. Designed for localized areas of metal surfaces for OEM components, it is able to quickly maintain and repair critical parts.
Emergency touch-up applications using Cadmium LHE® and Zinc-Nickel LHE® on aerospace components or Silver Non-Cyanide on power generation components are now made easier.
Cadmium LHE® and No Bake Touch-Up Travel Kit & Zinc-Nickel LHE® Touch-Up Travel Kit
Specifically designed for the aerospace industry, these selective plating kits are ideal for AOG operations where repair times are critical. The kits feature the maximum amount of cadmium and zinc-nickel solutions allowed for shipment via commercial and private ground carriers.
When an aircraft is grounded for critical repairs, revenue is at risk. The cadmium and zinc-nickel plating kit were designed for situations where time is of the essence. Both kits contain everything a trained technician needs to quickly make repairs and get aircraft back into service.
Silver Non-Cyanide Touch-Up Travel Kit
SIFCO ASC’s Silver Non-Cyanide solution provides a superior quality deposit that can be applied in the shop or anywhere in the field for copper bus repairs without the hazards associated with traditional cyanide silvers.
When an outage occurs, revenue is at risk. This kit was designed for situations where time is of the essence. The SIFCO Process® silver plating kit contains everything a trained technician needs to quickly make repairs on copper bus connections and get power restored.
This add-on kit was designed to expand the capability of our silver plating kit. When used in conjunction with the Silver Non-Cyanide plating kit it gives the technician the ability to make repairs on aluminum bus connections.
